Annual Enrollment for Medicare runs from October 15 to December 7 each year. During this period, beneficiaries can make changes to their Medicare Health Plan coverage. They can switch between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans, change Medicare Advantage Plans, or join/change Part D Prescription Drug Plans.

With more than eight years of experience specializing in Medicare and health insurance solutions, Donna has guided countless individuals through the often-complex process of understanding coverage options, selecting plans, and navigating enrollment.
Her commitment to helping people has been the cornerstone of her career. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Donna spent more than 20 years serving customers through respected Christian organizations, including Biblesoft, Logos Bible Software (now Faithlife), and Outreach. Throughout her career, she has held roles in sales, shipping, accounting, collections, customer service, and team leadership, developing a well-rounded understanding of client needs and service excellence.
Donna believes that choosing healthcare coverage is about more than selecting a plan—it’s about understanding each person’s unique circumstances, priorities, and budget. She takes the time to listen, educate, and advocate for her clients.Her goal is to simplify the Medicare process while providing personalized guidance every step of the way.

Outside of work, Donna and her husband, John, celebrate 50 years of marriage in 2026. Together they have four grown children and five grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. Their family spans Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Washington, allowing Donna to stay connected with people and communities across the country.
Donna enjoys spending time with family, serving through her church, and embracing a variety of interests, including camping, swimming, public speaking, singing in the church choir, acting, directing, scriptwriting, and costume design and sewing. Her dedication to serving others extends beyond her profession and into every aspect of her life
